The heads were created in Poser, imported into Bryce, then rendered as a TIFF file and imported into Photoshop for post render work such as the blood and other effects. The image itself was a personal project inspired by H.R. Giger's 'Landscape of dead babies' and Morbid Angel's 'Altars of Madness' CD cover.
